Use of our website and Remote WorkForce ZTNA’s services is limited to persons who are of legal age in the jurisdictions in which they reside. Remote WorkForce ZTNA will not knowingly accept any information from an individual under the age of thirteen (13) years.  In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”), any information that Remote WorkForce ZTNA may receive from any individual who is reasonably believed to be under the age of thirteen (13) years will be deleted.

How We Use Cookies and Web Beacons

We use cookies to keep track of your preferences and profile information when you visit our website.

We place cookies on your computer to collect non-personally identifiable information to compile aggregated statistics about visitors to our site. For example, we will know how many users access a specific page and which links they clicked on, but not which users. We use this aggregated information to understand and optimize how our site is used.

We also use web beacons on our site to analyze how our site is used and in some of our emails to let us know which emails and links have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the effectiveness of our customer communications and marketing campaigns.

How We Respond to Do Not Track Signals

Remote WorkForce ZTNA does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals. However, some third-party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. Most browsers allow you to set the DNT signal so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

We take the protection of your data very seriously. Whenever you enter sensitive information, such as your credit card number, we encrypt the transmission of that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We do not retain most of this sensitive information, and only keep what is necessary to effect the transaction and continue servicing your subscription.  

Remote WorkForce ZTNA follows generally accepted industry and commercially reasonable measures to protect the Personal Information submitted to us from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

While Remote WorkForce ZTNA strives to undertake reasonable and necessary efforts to secure Personal Information provided to us through the website, even such security measures do not guarantee the security of all Personal Information, and Remote WorkForce ZTNA does not guarantee that the Personal Information it collects will be protected in all circumstances, many of which are beyond Remote WorkForce ZTNA’s reasonable control.

What Happens if We Change Our Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes to our information practices. If we make any material changes to this Policy, we will post those changes to Remote WorkForce ZTNA’s website, and other places we deem appropriate so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.  We encourage you to periodically review this page for the latest information on our privacy practices.
